We are a
true family owned and operated company employing three generations consisting
of: Father and Mother (semi-retired),
Son, Daughter-in-Law, Grand-Daughter and Grand-Son and Grand-Daughter-in-law.
These family members are used in every facet
of the company, from accounting, customer service and service technician.
Advantek
was born from twenty years of knowledge and understanding of servicing metro
Atlanta repairing basic appliances such as KitchenAid, Whirlpool and G.E.
We took that know-how of customer service and applied it to the high
performance appliance industry.
Advantek
than focused its time and resources on rendering aggressive service on the high
performance kitchen and laundry service. Our goal was to be known as the number one performance
servicer in Atlanta, could we do it?
It didn’t take long to know we going in the right direction.
ASKO,
the maker of European washers, dryers and dishwashers started a program known as
“The AM Advantage”. This
program measured all aspects of what a “Preeminent Service Company” should
deliver to a customer. The
customers themselves, through a mailed questionnaire, would determine the level
of service.
Advantek
was one of thirteen service companies in the United States to be selected.
Currently Advantek Service Group is rated second in the country as a
preeminent servicer.
When it comes to performance brands like VIKING, SUBZERO, MIELE, THERMADOR, and BOSCH, you have very few companies that can handle all within one visit. Advantek is one of those companies and when you include our service area we stands alone at the top. Advantek has become the “go to company” to get the work done, performing as the primary servicer of the metro area for in warranty and out of warranty work traveling as far as the North Carolina border to render service.
